When I first heard this I could not figure out what it meant and than I asked, I was truly amazed with the meaning behind this. At first I took offense to this, sounded like a wild animal that attacks when they get hungry or scared. Now I am proud to hear this, makes me feel better about myself. Take this, I still am asked for my ID and when they see my actual age, wow, their faces turn red and they seem so embarrassed. It may offend others but I love it when I hear this. I see many women over 30 who are very attractive and some had children to boot. Gotta love it! | |

It is true what they say people label you by the person you hang out with, believe me, we are two very different people. I am no longer accepting this name, I hope I can hold my stance. For one I go to the bar rarely and it is embarrassing at times to be hanging out with my friend who definitely fits this label and I feel bad for the young men she pursues and how she treats them. I still like it though when they ask me for my ID, makes me feel good about myself unless I am having a bad day, this too shall pass. | |

Useless bittle of info: A 'cougar in training' is called a PUMA *lol* I kid you not, I heard this on a local radio morning show.
But since by definition a cougar is a woman in her 30-40's and chases males in their very young 20's what does a puma chase? Teens? EWWWWWWWWWWWWW  Just wanted to make you think twice there. *winks*
Now in the past I was called a PUMA once and I got offended - I dont like males my own age let alone anything younger. But then once I pointed out that useless bittle of info as written above, my gentleman friend kindly retracted his harsh words. | |
