I know this was done in here in the last few weeks, I couldn't find it, and I was searching for a while. So it may get deleted. I am looking for baby names. I am due in 11 weeks, and am having a hard time deciding on names on my own. I like old fashioned names, and biblical names. I'd luv to hear some suggestions. For my last two kids i had help from my ex, this time I'm all on my own. Thanx

I have always been a fan of "off the beaten track" names. Nothing like going with the trends.. my hairdresser said they have four Brandon's in about 1/2 block radius.

One of my fav girls name Mikayla or Michaela.. *nickanme could me Micky)

boys names ... I really like Trey or Trent ...

My kids .. Kacy Rae (female), Torrie Lynn (Female) Becker Mackenzie (male)

I like the name- Alijah. I wanted a name that was different than all the others for my child, and lol, ended up naming him Michael- after his dad. Now how common is that, but it suits him. My second I named Devon. Congratulations on your little bundle of joy that is soon to arrive. Bless you all.

One biblical name that you don't hear very often is Corbin. A friend of mine from church named her sons from a biblical names book which gives the meanings of the names. I can't remember what it means, but it sure fits him.

Gabriel for boy

Gabrielle for girl

Angel Gabriel is the one that announced to the Virgin Mary that she would have a child.

Job.

Judas.

Hank. Fudging a little here, but I think it could be the diminutive of Herod.

Myrrh. Not a name, but it's biblical and has a nice, zippiness to it. Might take some explaining though, as to why you chose to name your child after an ancient embalming fluid. Always figured the wisemen must have been in a bigtime rush on their way out the door in putting their gift basket together.

You're welcome in advance. Let me know which of my selections you ultimately go with.
I usually charge for this sort of consult.

that's funny sasssy... i hadn't read the entire thread and i was going to say... since apple has already been taken, maybe orange banana or fruit****ail would be good. you could say to your kid "orange you glad i didn't say banana"! :) or how about thumper... or pepsi would be cute.
