| Why do women say one thing and mean another Posted: 9/4/2005 7:57:32 AM | | Why is it that women say they want a guy who is nice, sensitive, gives compliments, and is kind but in reality they want a guy who is strong, masculine, doesnt care what others think, and is not needy. i know that women dont like needy pussdawgs but why cant most just admit that. why dont they just say i want my bf to act like a man who wont act like a total wimp. | |

| Why do women say one thing and mean another Posted: 9/4/2005 11:45:21 AM | Same could be said about the guys when they say looks don't matter, that they want someone who is honest to share their life with, someone who knows who she is and what she wants. With the majority of guys, not all guys, that's a crock. The majority want the submissive woman who won't give them any grief and looks like a barbie doll. Face it, with a majority of guys, the woman that stands up for herself is a threat because he won't have as much control as he wants. Not all women are the way you describe, nor are all men the way i described. It's something that is always going to be confusing and there will probably be no one answer to this question. | |

| Why do women say one thing and mean another Posted: 9/4/2005 11:51:54 AM | | Take a tougher approach. It will serve you better. Dont' give a damn what a woman wants, unless you really get to know her, and think she is worth the trouble. Same advice goes for women. | |

You act like some of those traits are in contradiction to the others. I don't see why a guy can't be ALL of those things.

| Why do women say one thing and mean another Posted: 9/4/2005 12:47:21 PM | The bottom line is neither wemon or men no what they want. 9 times out of 10 the'll say one thing and mean another. Alot of time someine just does't want to hurt your feelings. It's not right but its the way it is. Alot of times there responding to fantasy not reality. The image that they have of a perfect mate is a fantasy of our minds not whats really in front of us. The bottom line is u have to take the good with the bad. Just ask any relationship counsolur. The biggest problem is you expexct more then your really going to get.
good Luck. | |

I agree with your post. I'd take a guy that fit all of those descriptions.
Well, I was speaking purely from the point of view that none of those traits are contradictory to any of the others, so technically it would be possible for a single guy to have all of them.
Your chances of finding a guy who actually has all of them is another story.

| Why do women say one thing and mean another Posted: 9/4/2005 3:54:03 PM | | I always say what I want. I want a woman who is hot, not skinny or fat, big tits, nice body, good hygiene, smart, not a ****, and with a good sense of humour. | |

So are you saying that there aren't any men who are nice , strong and masculine with some senstivity?
We all know that is not true
Or can we just say that some men do not understand what a woman really wants?

| Why do women say one thing and mean another Posted: 9/5/2005 10:19:25 AM | | I grew up in Northern California and it is true that women dont like sensitive guys. Seceretly bambi you want a strong masculine guy who doesnt give a rats ass what anyone thinks but say to everyone that you want a nice, sweet, sensitive guy. Why cant you and 90 percent of all women just tell the truth that way guys can stop acting nice thinking it will get them laid. | |

| Why do women say one thing and mean another Posted: 9/5/2005 12:41:06 PM | | A 19 y/o man knows what all women secretly want? Are you kidding me? Spend a few more years living and drop this preconcieved and totally inaccurate idea that you know women, okay? | |

| Why do women say one thing and mean another Posted: 9/5/2005 1:08:52 PM | I think Michael J. Fox was 19, 19 years ago as well.
Back on topic....It's true though. Being a bastard works much better. I hate being that way, but It's the only way that works. Women want nice guys for friends, not for boinking. It's primal instinct for mating and producing strong offspring. I think we fool ourselves with this intellectual justification.
