| Edmontonians interested in Card/Board Games Posted: 9/8/2005 5:36:41 PM | Hey there! I enjoy playing a variety of card and board games and would like to start a regular gathering of a group of people to play with. I can supply some games. As for location many coffee shops and diners are happy to have the crowd if the players buy coffee. Anyone out there interested?
Games I am thinking of: Cranium, mahjongg, crib, bridge, hearts, canasta, etc. etc.

I also have a small supply of games I could provide too. And a good supply of saskatchewan/German card games (since no one out here seems to play things like Kaiser and Schmear)

I really enjoy playing mahjongg--haven't had as much practice as I'd like as I haven't found a regular set to play with!
I was thinking 1-2 times per month--how would that work?

Funny that you brought this up because I was thinking of organizing an evening.. actually have appointment with Mgr of Tony Roma's Lounge (66 Str & 137 Ave) on Saturday... They really are not busy after 8:00 p.m. and would also appreciate business.... but will know more after Saturday.
