In my (limited) experience there are girls who say they don't like it. Usually they are uncomfortable with having someone down there. They are paranoid that they have a smell, or that it isn't pretty, or many other concerns. Usually, if they are comfortable with you, and they start to trust that you actually find them aesthetically appealing, they easily come around.
I think this also has to do with experience and a woman's comfort with her own sexuality. Another related subject is female masturbation. Most women I have known partake, but were reluctant to do it in front of someone, or maybe someone new.
There are also women who like sex a certain way, and that doesn't include cunnilengus, and as long is that is really something they feel, and not just a security issue, then there is nothing wrong with that.
I think a woman's aprehension to that sort of thing at first works out in a guy's favor. As I always say, an STD is one thing, an STD on your face is another. | |

I have had friends that brag about how long they give oral or the size of their penis. They are usually insecure and frustrated, but it does show the girl they like that they are interested and willing.

I suspect that's why the gal in question said she didn't like receiving oral. She's probably not comfortable having a man's face in her puzzy.
