you should take a moment to listen to the words.
It is a rumor that the song is related in some way to Hurricain Katrina.
It has been said that this song was a prediction of the storm and dissaster of hurricain Katrina.
I am not saying it is true but when i was told i took time to listen to the words and it would seem to have things in common.
I found it interesting and would like your opinions.
Again i do not totally believe this to be true, But it can be concidered.
Please dont write how it is impossible, redicolouse and be quick to jump on the gun and fire off i am NOT saying this is true, But i am suggesting you listen to the words just to see the point in which this rumor started on.
And this is in no way attacking Led Zepplin.!!!!!! I am a huge fan and am in no way suggesting that they had any idea of the storm coming or ever intended or was relating this song to a future disaster as Katrina. | |

It's almost as unjustifiable as Clear Channel's list of songs we'd better not play after September 11, because they MIGHT offend someone... (including James Taylor's `Fire And Rain', I might add!) | |

He sang them in almost a whisper during "Come Together", and he sang "shoot me" several times in an unreleased Beatles song from January 1969, known as "Watching Rainbows". I don't think he had any idea he would be shot to death in 1980. Coincidence.

Still, I saw the you tube skit about New Orleans about when the "Leeive Breaks". I wonder how Jimmi page makes those weried sounds in the background of the song, or is it Robert Plant playing the harmonica. Still, I would be surprised with Jimmi page craftyness that did a little song rearrangment of it to make it sound orginal. | |

I think they predicted many green backs flowing into their bank accounts first......maybe they all thought they were Nostrodamus when they were dropping acid but predicting a disaster on another continent decades later?
