| Things in profiles that are a turn off? Posted: 10/8/2005 11:35:59 AM | Just wondering what really turns you off in a profile..... why wouldn't you contact someone?.
For me, these include:-
Very bad spelling - possibly indicating that they are not seriously looking Kiddy "txt" typing - Hey, I'm looking for a adult!.... Distance Age difference
....and someone that appears on hundreds of peoples favourites!
Any thoughts? Tony | |

| Things in profiles that are a turn off? Posted: 10/8/2005 11:55:28 AM | For me:
1. When they put "Prefer not to say" when it comes to status and having children - always sends out warning bells! 2. Txt tlk....drives me crazy!!! 3. Yep, bad spelling as well...I want someone with a little bit of intelligence 4. Not putting anything in their description except "ask me and I will tell you" 5. No pictures 6. Guys who rant on about how bad their ex's were...we've all been there, don't want to hear it 7. Distance 8. um.....think thats it although I reserve the right to add at a later date when I look at a profile and think "ooh, there's another one!

| Things in profiles that are a turn off? Posted: 10/8/2005 5:32:05 PM | 'Looking for my knight in shining armour'
Well you wont be suprised then when I turn up for a first date In a nice shiny suit with my lance in hand and my trusty steed beneath me then and whisk you off to a jousting contest....
or 'a walk on the beach'
Oh come on, be a bit more imaginative. You daren't walk on a beach at night for fear of treading in dog doo or used condoms or raw sewage, whats romantic about that, fine if your in the Bahamas but not so glamorous on Brighton beech at 11 o'clock at night with the wind blowing your skirt up over your head and the rain ruining your blow job......or what ever you women take so long to do with a hair dryer. Blow dry..thats it...

| Things in profiles that are a turn off? Posted: 10/9/2005 7:17:21 AM | Im with you on that one jack plus the "looking for mr right"
what it means is they want the guy to do all the dating donkey work, but e must meet all their criteria.
they are not interesred in working at the relationship they just want the perfect man to fall into their laps, no faults, foibles, perfect in evety way
but then ask them what a mr right is....... and they dont know!!!

| Things in profiles that are a turn off? Posted: 10/10/2005 10:07:52 AM | I don't like it when women say they love fast cars but can't drive, they're looking for a man with a fast car and I also hate it when they say 'It's up to you' for perfect date. Lack if imagination? Oh and Leece it's spelt scary. | |
