Its seems next to impossible to identify any one thing that causes one not to be able to find a life long partner. I would say its just a matter of being in the right place at the right time with the right attitude and mood. | |

I'm generally really good with a woman once I get to trust her, but am not myself with total strangers or somebody I haven't made a connection with. I have to be myself to do well and that isn't always as easy as it sounds. | |

or a fear that someone will make me feel worthy
or a fear to succeed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sixth-I can never find my remote... seventh-I pick up my date in a radio flyer... Eighth-I chew my fart bubbles in the bath... Ninth-I pee in your pool.. Posted: 10/24/2005 3:19:34 PM | I honestly think I am single because I am 'too' nice...I haven't found a hard edge yet...go figure that one...my ex tells me I am the nicest woman he has ever known...don't know why that doesn't give me any comfort.
It just seems that men are drawn to the more caustic..and sure of herself kind of woman..
But at this stage of my life...I don't think I can change..so I likely will remain single...maybe I will meet some nice man in the nursing home! | |

for one i am a work a holic and have crazy hours. I don't feel its right for me to get into a relationship right now and not be able to get 100% to the person. i work 2 jobs in winter and 3 in the summer... i hardly have time for me let alone someone right now so until things settle down and I can put 100% in. 1) Fear of being hurt again
2) Fear of being *IN* a relationship again
3) Not feeling good enough for anyone
4) Working too much and being too dedicated to my work
5) Not having the 'guts' to meet some new people (attend POF functions etc)
6) Freezing up around the men I DO meet and looking like an idiot
Sooo more than one....but that pretty much sums it up... | |

I have a couple of different things keeping me single..
1. I only meet dumbasses
2. I'm not into dumbasses
3. As soon as I think someone likes me I bail on them
4. Intense fear of committment
5. I can't find anyone that I would feel comfortable introducing to my friends. Wierd. This is where the dumbass thing comes into play again. | |
