| Intimate Encounters Posted: 10/24/2005 10:00:28 PM | Why are people so antsy about others having sex with random partners. I figure, if you are smart and safe about it then there is no problem. If people are not ready for a committed relationship but still want to have sex then being able to have sex with someone as a pleasure is quite understandable in my book, if someone is making money off it though then there is something wrong cause thats prostitution and no one should be making choices like that. But whos to say that having sex with anonomous partners isnt prostitution in its own right? I want other peoples opinions on the subject.
As a young guy, I am not ready to get committed so all I want to do is be able to go out, have a couple of drinks with a woman and go back to her place for some casual safe sex, is there anything wrong with that?

| Intimate Encounters Posted: 10/24/2005 10:12:20 PM | Not a thing. But I wouldn't be the one to ask. I have pharm stock, where they make PCN, interferon and valtrex. If the condom breaks, you should have no problem paying 18 years of casual child suport either. I see no problem with the idea at all...
for anyone but you.

| Intimate Encounters Posted: 10/24/2005 10:46:53 PM | Well I just had to say this...My oldest son will be 20 very soon. The condom broke, I got him as a result.
As for, "is there anything wrong with it? I will tell you what I told my sons...
The bible says you should be married first. I failed to follow that rule. I had sex before marriage. (Although I was married to my sons father it's really irrelevant) You & Your body may want to have sex. I'll leave this choice for you to decide without condemnation from me. As for God, the decision you choose will be between you and Him. However, you must remember that none of you were planned. I love you, but that is the truth. When I wanted a baby, none were conceived. If you create a child, I will expect you to take care of it in every way. So, If you feel you must have sex please use a condom for safety, but don't think for one moment that they can't break.
Anyway, the 19 year old has sex, but claims to use condoms. Especially since he almost became a daddy. (broken condom is how he was conceived and almost became a daddy) The second son (failed diaphragm) has chosen to wait for marriage. He is 17. He has had a steady girlfriend for 2 years and finds it very difficult to abstain, but he's doing it!
Two (at least) of my oldest sons friends are daddys A girl they all know.....got a STD and that's just the one's I have met.
Ultimately It's your choice. Life is always about making choices and living with the consequences good or bad.
Hope I didn't sound to much like an Old Lady/Mom
Good Luck with your decision. Jenna

Just be sure you don't get to drunk, so you can't run or think up any good excuses to get away quick.

I have my own morals, as do other people and they can choose to do what they wish. I am not religious and I do not believe that we should be forced to wait for marriage to have sex. I have only had sex once before and that was my first time back in the summer. But I feel though that I am comfortable enough and responsible enough to do it safely, I did the first time what makes people think I wouldnt the next x number of times. I would have a good relationship with someone before engaging in sex because that way I know what their needs are as well as what kind of background they have had prior to.
