I would like to try and put together an Orlando Area get together. If anyone is interested, post here so I can get started on the party plans.
Also, anyone who wants to help with the party plans, let me know.

Now that the storms have moved on, the weather's great. Thought of something outdoors, with perhaps a Plan B for inclement weather?
Some parks allow picnic shelters to be reserved. Or, head out here to the beach and set up a vollyball net. Whatever.

Sooooooo any luck with generating interest for an Orlando meet and greet? I wonder why this is so hard to pull off in this area? I am a member on another site somewhat like this .I have traveled to the florida panhandle more times then i can count for fabulous Social gatherings. I have made the most amazing friends. When I tried to get people together here in Orlando last May, I had thirty people show , but only two from the Orlando area. The others that came were from South Florida and the Florida panhandle. So how about we actually make this happen this time. | |

I'm visiting florida from Toronto right now and I'm an event promoter/producer.
Let me know if you're still interested in putting something together because I was actually thinking about doing the same thing. I'm not going to be here for much longer so we'd have to throw something together pretty quickly. Perhaps a get-together at a bar, patio, a beach party or something.

whatever happened with a central fl. meet and greet? that sounds like alot of fun to me.
it's now march....weather is getting nice....I say whoever is interested say so...and we can pic a good date and do it! I need about 2 weeks notice to get a sat or a sunday off, but I can do it. what about mid or late april? this can't be very hard, can it?
