| Good Places to eat, and good places to take a date Posted: 12/30/2005 7:33:59 PM | Le Central at 8th & Lincoln is one of my most favorite places to eat, to enjoy the company of the opposite sex and soak up the ambiance of a French bistro. The pricing is reasonable: $3-$6 for a salad or desert, $12-$19 for an entree and the house wines are usually quite good and inexpensive. The food is mixed, sometimes it can be as good as anything you have ever tasted and sometimes it's simply good, but the sytle of the place is always worth a visit.
Benny's, nearby at 7th & Grant is a noisy, crowded, local joint with good, cheap Mexican food, lots of beer and margharitas and a super place to hang out with a date, if you don't mind shouting.

| Good Places to eat, and good places to take a date Posted: 2/20/2006 7:03:40 PM | | I have enjoyed a wonderful meal at Bruno's on, I believe Monoco, just off of Evans. For those who know the area, it's in the King Soopers plaza across from what used to be KMart (now called Sears Essentials). Their menu offers a wide range of Italian dishes (and perhaps others as well), they have a good wine selection. The service was exceptional! I believe that dinner for two, including drinks but no dessert was approximately $50+. | |

| Good Places to eat, and good places to take a date Posted: 6/17/2006 12:07:01 AM | Hmm...I suppose I'll finally let this gem go, because this place could use the extra business. Tia Maria's off of Hwy 36 and Pecos has AMAZING authentic Mexican food. The service and ambience are very nice, it's a bit of a family atmosphere but the back lounge has a quiet feel to it, perfect for a date. Prices for food average about $8-$10, drinks around $3 depending on the drink, and unless you compete in eating contests regularly you WILL be full. So if you're planning romantic "events" after dinner allow some time to digest... | |

Preferably with my horses along to go enjoy the scenery before and after a fine feast. It's a nice place with beautiful atmosphere, and you can change the scenery whenever you want, by moving to a new spot if you don't like where you are.

They have good meals too. The atmosphere will get you something to talk about in those awkward moments.

| Good Places to eat, and good places to take a date Posted: 3/3/2012 1:11:33 PM | Don't know if any of these have been mentioned:
Date venues: Denver Aquarium: great first kiss opportunities 16th st mall: free and lots of people watching Lanny's clocktower cabaret: Don't take a girl here blind, screen her first. Some Women are repelled by it, others love it. Good way to sexualize the date / inspire sexual senses.
Food: Pasquini's highlands: my favorite restaurant in CO, enough said. Illegal petes 16th st. : Just like chipotle only ten times better. which makes it not like chipotle at all.
Alcohol: Zio Romolo's: My ultimate go-to first date spot. (if you see me there pop by for a chat) Highland tavern: good atmosphere, a little loud but lots of people
