| Good Places to eat, and good places to take a date Posted: 2/27/2006 10:22:54 PM | | If you are local to the Monroe, NY area there is a great place with homemade burgers called Fat Boys and it is nice, quiet not to pretentious and you could sit and talk or play pool or darts but it has a nice warm friendly atmoshphere. Me and my girlfriends hang out there because it isn't a meat market. | |

It's Vietnamese food, great portions, great prices. Also, if you go there, get the fresh lemonade. It is, actually, made fresh. It's also small, and rarely busy. If you're on Staten Island, you could go to Vida, another smallish place. Not so cheap, but great food.

It's on the top floor and rotates, giving you a full view of the Manhattan skyline. It's an all you can eat type of deal, but a little on the expensive side around 40 bucks a person.

| Good Places to eat, and good places to take a date Posted: 7/21/2007 6:10:00 AM | Hello I live in Syracuse and one of my fave places to visit is the Onandaga Lake Park. Almost anytime of year. It can be fun, it's what you make it, and it's definately free. Places to eat...if you like thin crust, almost gourmet, pizza, you can find that at Movino's on Walton Str. A comfortable, no nonsense, homey little place. There are lots of expensive, fancy places too, some in Hanover square. During the Summer, all sorts of open air Festivals in all 3 squares to enjoy. Free music, nice atmosphere every weekend. And then maybe a nice drive to watch some fire works. They happen every weekend too.
I, personally, don't like coffee...makes me...

| Good Places to eat, and good places to take a date Posted: 8/3/2007 1:10:50 AM | I live in Queens, New York. I was at Union Square today and I noticed they had an open ceiling restaurant. I think that would be a good place to take a date for lunch in the afternoon. You can also go to Bryant Park on 42th street and also find a bar that's located in the park.

| Good Places to eat, and good places to take a date Posted: 3/21/2009 7:49:07 PM | | LimeLeaf - Thai Restaurant - on the UWS. They let you chill out for hours if you call ahead and they aren't busy. Met a woman from eHarmony took her here and she liked it. She never ate Thai before. She was great, Math Major, went to Columbia U, but I guess things didn't click, so I'm still fishing. | |
