Very good ppv, we all now know what some future matchups are going to be and I can't wait for 2006!

First off.. Matt Hughes looks great! And Franklin once again showed champion form. I'm really Impressed with St.pierre, he Is getting better every time and I think very soon he will take that title. BJ penn Is back! Great! Now this weight class will get even harder.

Tito couldn't resist the cash grab.. I honestly believe that If he loses to Shamrock after season 3 of TUF3 his career Is done. He Is a great fighter.. But his mouth Is writing a lot of cheques his ass will need to cash soon.

I mean think back.. He talked trash on Lidell, and Lidell dominated him.

I think he can beat Shamrock tho' Shamrock Is past his prime and I think that gives Tito the edge. I like em' He's a great heel.

I think Lidell will keep his belt at the next ppv.. I hope he does..

I also hope they give Mir some 'warm up' fights before setting him up with the pit bull. I want to see both men In their prime. It would be a shame If he lost due to 'ring rust'

Well all In all the ppv was worth the $$$, minus that bs match before Franklins. But hey what can you do? They can't all be classics..

Nah, the UFC gave Tito a name. He can always cash into that by fighting in smaller shows for a payday.

I think Liddell is gonna lose the belt.

I'm also thrilled to see Mir and BJ returning.

Well.. To me Tito Is that fighter that thinks hes 20 feet tall and 2000lbs.. I think fans love a heel like that If he can back It up, It makes great tv to see who hes going to punk next. BUT a guy like that.. If he starts losing, fans will turn on him and he will never get his name back.

I do believe right now Hes lost his last two UFC fights, I could be wrong on that but If he loses another.. Thats a mighty big nail.

Mir .vs. Arlovski could be the best heavyweight fight ever..

GSP smashing Shirk was the highlight of the night, best fight by far.

Hughs dominating Riggs and Franklin dominating Quarry is not nearly as impressive because Sherk is really a top fighter and GSP dominated him. Just when you think he can't get any better, he gets better and better. He's just amazing. He's very dramatic and likable too, great for the sport.

Ken looks like a tool. He needs to drop the WWE act. He just got one punched by Sakuraba, so I wouldn't worry too much about him beating Tito. Ken's goal should be to make it to the second round.

I don't think Tito got the money he wanted. I think there was a compromise. Same with BJ Penn. I think it's very cool that the UFC is letting Penn keep fighting in K1. (I think that's the deal anyway - not positive)

Quarry's inept stand up was exposed. Franklin is a monster. Looking forward to The Crow vs Franklin next April or so. I don't think The Crow will win, but he has a good chance if he can get into Franklin's guard.

Rigg's is exposed as lame. He's lost in every weight class now. He will be relegated to gatekeeper status now.

BJ Penn's return is awesome. Can't wait to see him fight Trigg, GSP, and Hughs.

Horn's not dominating any of his fights. I can't see him beating Franklin if they ever give him a shot. I"m not sure Franklin could knock him out though, so it would still be cool to watch.

Mir vs Arlovski might be the best MMA heavy weight fight in the world in 2006 because nobody is left to fight Fedor in Pride. I think Fedor or Nog or Cro Cop would waste Mir or Arlovski though. Mir vs Nog would be very entertaining, as would Arlovski vs Fedor, but we will probably never get to see those.

I think the UFC has to stop trying to fill up their heavy weight division by putting lame heavy weights on their card and hoping for the best. What they should do is just use Sylvia as a gatekeeper for the title. He will never beat Mir or Arlovski, but wouldn't you rather have seen those lame ass heavyweights at UFC 56 just been fed to Sylvia? Then at least we would get to watch a good ass kicking instead of two tired guys trying to stand up, and if someone does beat Sylvia, then you have somebody capable of beating Mir or Arlovski (maybe).

Since the big guys don't have to make a strict weight limit for their weight class, I think they should have some kind of stamina test instead to make sure they can actually keep moving for 3 rounds of 5 minutes.

Also, I'd like to see Telligman back with the big guys; he has the stamina to make fights interesting. He won't be a belt contender with his record, but he could still be matched up for some interesting fights.

Ya, Telligman is cool because he comes to fight. He got wasted by Sylvia with that head kick though, so he'll never be a contender. He could be another good gatekeeper though for first timers. It might be mean to feed first timers to Sylvia :)

GSP Is the man right now. Im HUGE on him right now. Us Frenchies have gotta stick together. LOL. I have not seen BJ enough to judge him but I think he Is a threat to this title. Sherk looked very hard to beat.. He's short (low center of gravity) In shape and very strong. FAST too! I don't think he got dominated until the last minute but GSP got the job done In very Impressive fashion.

Not many people seem to be very high on Arlovski but In every fight I have seen him In, he Is getting scary Impressive. He moves like he's 170LBS and has the punching power of Sylvia. not to mention he knows his subs too. He Is going to be DAMN hard to beat.

After his last fight, Rogen asked him Whos left for you. I hope he doesnt get bored and retire.

The most Impressive Fighters to me right now are..

Arlovski
Franklin
GSP
Hughs
