I thought that, perhaps, it might be inappropriate to just begin B1tching about thing that are bothering me. And, of coarse, if that is what is to be come of this thread, then all are welcome to voice their angrers and frustrations as well.

Due to me resent layoff I am forced to return to my home town. Much like the rest of Minnesota, it is a beautiful place, but there is no place for me in it. Really hate running into these people I used to know, and being out of the midwest, now I am annoyed by the accent. (I am aware that I probably speak with it, again, too.)
Anyhow, the other day I ran into an exgirlfriend, and for me this was like the girl I dreamed of marrying. I would still like to find a girl like that. Due to the nature of the breakup, I was then and am still now, deeply embittered. It was like a two second thing, and now the thought for her just keeps popping into my head. When we broke up I went on a six month bender. I couldn't eat, sleep, talk, or do much of anything. Its like that all over again. Then I was just depressed, but now I am pissed. I wish I knew what hold she has over me. Or what part of my brain was dedicated to her, so I could just excise it.
Somedays I just want to pack up the old lumber wagon and head south of the Rio.

WELL.... I asked if he'd be interested in meeting for coffee or a walk by the river sometime...

When I first started to notice that the price was going up, I remember thinking that some day the price is going to be a buck a gallon. A buck, ONE DOLLAR. Today I would beat on old lady with a stick in front of me at the gas pumps if it was a dollar. Last week I paid $3.98 a Gallon! I DO NOT drive imported cars, I believe in supporting the Canadian Economy First, Then the U.S., Then the E.C.
I do not purchase anything that was not made in N.A. unless it's not made here. It is truely amazing what we have lost. I can not find one clothing store in my area that sells socks made in Canada! By choice, I am now doing without because I hate purchasing products that have little or not profit margin in Canada, or with foreign owned corporations.
Right, Petrol... Two of my cars were made in Oshawa, one in St. Catherines. They're between 22 and 35 years old, I take good care of them, and they will probablly last well beyond my lifetime. Cars today are Cr@p. I was rear enden in the Caddi two years ago, she dented my bumber, and her Toyota was written off...
People complain that I drive dinosaur cars (boats, land yacths, ect.) yet I get in the largest car I own, better mileage that any full sized SUV or truck, and some Mid-Sized ones. I havn't even been driving them as much this year because of the gas prices. The Ontario Govt. gives us a break on the sticker price for historic cars, and believe it or not, so does the insurance company. Not that I pushing for a discount at the pumps because I drive old cars, but he!!, when's it going to stop.
Oh yeah, another thing. I put $138.23 in gas in the Caddi last week, and the kid at the gas station wasn't going to accept 50's. That's not even 12 bucks change back, and I had to put it on plastic because they do not take 50's. Well buy the $8 counterfit money decector. I mean so many things just get worse and worse, and we never do anything about it...
Think of all the things that we have lost in the past ten years. I remember when the gas station accepted checks! I am not giving up my cars, just to drive some plastic foreign piece of cr@p so I can drive 30 mpg. I'll walk first. I thought about bying a scooter, or small engined motorbike, guess what? None that I can find are made in Canada...
Well, that's me for today. I do feel better.

o.k. here we go......
what the hell is wrong with people.....on the bus this morning on my way into work...its packed same as always.....little old lady, 93 if she was a day......makes it half way down the bus before I ask her if she wants a seat.....past the please allow elderly and handicapped seats....the driver didn't ask anyone to get up either.....seriously....what has happened to common courtesy.....are we so self involved we cant even offer someone a seat or open doors for people, say thank you and your welcome anymore.........what is it gonna cost you....abso****inglutley nothing.....you lazy,stupid,igorant people......I'ts getting to a point where I seriously want to smack someone....you, you sitting there with your backpack on the seat next to you....you, you there with your arm accross the seat next to you......you,you sitting there with your legs at 9 'n 3 sit down properly......we all pay the same fare.....stop taking up more space than neccesary......actually no....stop using my oxygen you thoughless, inconsiderate waste of space.
