| New Opportunity Posted: 12/25/2004 3:57:03 PM | This is not really dating advice but I would like some advice on something…
It is not yet all clear but next year I might have the opportunity to go to California to study with one of my friends. Most likely I will be staying with her since that is the way it is being planed at the moment and even though I was told that it is fine and that she wants me to stay with her I still feel like I would be a bother. So I am just wondering should I go?

I think you should go, cause if you pass this opportunity up, well latter in life you will regret not taking the chance... If you feel like your an imposition to her, maybe offer to help her with the rooming...Get a job, or do the cleaning or somethingto help pull your own weight... Really Child go, life your life, and learn and enjoy...I think that would be something to really strive for...TO go and experince life, and make a new start...Its the New Year, make the most of it...
GOOD LUCK, and many blessings

Do you want to go?
Do you think your friend wants you to stay with her, or do you think she's just being polite?
Can you afford to help out with rent or expenses while you're there?
Offhand, I'd say go. You'll be better for the experience.

If this is a close friend, that you think you can stand to be with full time, and you are capable of pulling your weight, and have no better reason to stay where you are...
Go... But please do have a contingency plan in place in case living with her becomes untenable. Shame to lose a friend of living accomodations...
If it is a good opportunity, it would be a shame to miss it... just be sure that it is what you really WANT to do.
Never do anything you will regreat, never regret anything you do.
Then again... that puts you even farther away... ;-)
