I was wondering if anyone else is overwhelmed with classists on dating sites? Those who discriminate against people of a different social class or level.

there's all sorts on these sites.... classists, racists, ageists, homophobes, heterophobes, dumb b*tches in general, psychos................ ALL sorts it sucks when you get discriminated against because of something you cant change... or worse, when it's because of an ASSUMPTION they make about you based on the way you look or talk (or i guess write your profile....) keep in mind these people are not the kind of people you'd want to be with anyway - so it's good that they're up front about it... would you rather find out about something like this after you've dated someone for a significant period of time? i dont think so.... good luck with ur fishing and remember, there are PLENTY of fish - some who dont discriminate too!! cheers,

I enjoy reading their profiles for the entertainment. There are those who fall in the "-ist" categories and don't know they are....and there are some who are just so full of themselves. Either way, I get a chuckle.

It's not too hard to elaborate on the situation. What usually happens is that one will start to correspond with someone from an ad, questions are asked and if what the person owns or does, does'nt suit the classists expectations they, -stop corresponding right away -start getting hostile with attitude -start playing mind games and giving excuses -start by telling a load of lies -start asking insulting questions There is an epidemic of classists on dating sites. A lot of them just believe or act like they're big shots when they're really gold diggers and users.
