If it's giving you blue balls, then you obviously enjoy it to an extent, so have it part of foreplay and then move on to something that works for you. Although most guys can (in my experience, that is), it's no big deal if you can't, it just plain and simply does not work for you. Problem? I see no problem....

I'm a patient lover...most are surprised that they can cum as fast as they do. It's partly psychological but it's mostly technique. If you know what makes his toes curl and if he sees how much you enjoy it, it makes things easier for him.
