Is this to put women down? Nope, I'm a woman and I'm laughing like hell posting this.
Not all of us have perky, bouncy, hand sized boobs that you see on porn stars of the cutsey little 15 year old that just came over to babysit for you. Women of all sizes have different sized boobs.
Usually, the skin in the boob looses its elasticity after they've had babies and breastfed, or after they've gained or lost weight. Is this ugly? Not necessarily. I'm a big girl, so my boobs are big and thus are not perky and cute. They do sag a bit because of their weight, there's too much fat which has stretched the elasticity of the skin cells as well as the muscle cells.
All boobs sag, even fake ones. It's just WHEN they sag is a different story. You can be 50 years old and in good shape and have great boobs, or you can be like me at 19, overweight with heavy boobs.
Boobs are boobs, they produce milk for offspring and sexual pleasure for the mate, are they ugly when they sag? Well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so I can't say. But, I've had no complaints about my boobs...sag or not.

Posted: 1/2/2005 3:20:18 PM | | Yes, after having 3 kids, and breastfeeding them, the breasts tend to sag, especially if you have normal sized breasts to start with, when I was younger I was a size 36 B, now I am a 38 C, and they are saggy, but I can't help that; also someone on another thread was saying that push up bras were lies, but in order to wear clothes properly, you need to have those, also you tend to get back and posture problems as well, so having breasts can be a chore sometimes. | |

Sorry, but gravity plus boobs the size of mine does not make for perky little numbers! And push-up bras - they don't come in my size! When I was trying on wedding dresses, a saleslady insisted on trying to stuff my cleavage into her largest cup-size bustier, which was about a D. I laughed and laughed just looking at it, but she was so determined, I let her do it. My cups definatey overflowed, lol! I am actually booked to see a surgeon in March & will be talking the pros & cons with him.
But I'm wandering off-topic ... when dressed, there are definately those who find it hard to look me in the eyes, but I really wonder whether they'd feel the same if they saw me without my bra on *sigh*. Me, I think they look pretty nice the way they are .. BUT I would like to be able to buy a bra & not have to spend over $100 on it AND I'd like to buy it at La Senza and be lacy & sexy rather than armour-plated granny beige. | |

I really agree with u Lady O. I am a man and I dont like those artificially shaped boobs of that great models. I like it the other way. Boobs looks more attractive in an intercourse if they are not perfectly shaped. I dont have a fit and perfect body which most women look for. So I also dont llok for perfectly shaped women.

Wouldn't it be sooooo nice if those sexy lacy numbers came in our size too? The industrial strength ones are unsexy and uncomfortable....it must be a conspiracy...if I do find one, it costs more than the entire rest of my wardrobe. I've always refused my Dr.'s offer of a breast reduction....but I'm starting to reconsider. | |

I look forward to the day they loosen up a little, that way I can suck on my own nipples. I cant do that now because they dont move too much. First of all, why do ONLY the kids get the milk? Come on , I mean, I share... (stomps off to pout)
Secondly... Boob Sag... methinks that I have a different definition than some here... Gravity is a constant, has to do with attraction between two bodies in proximity (man what a body, can I get in proximity???) Where was I? Oh yeah, in any case... The larger they are the lower they are going to hang (Look at an apple tree...) This is normal and natural... and keeps you from blacking our eyes when you turn around fast...
Have a couple babies, and they will lose some firmness and perhaps hang a touch lower due to stretching (by the way, there are exercises that will help with this...PLEASE not the word help...) but still I don't really consider this sag.
Sag is what happens when you hit 90, you undo your bra and now resemble a quadruped... Now that is sag... In the meantime, they make great pillows, wonderful playtoys and are quite nice to look at...

But I've found some awesome bras at the Avenue that really perk them up. Most guys really like them out of the bra too, something I never understood. Mother nature just has a cruel joke, when you are 17 those DDs are awesome, then you grow up and have babies and wow then they are ...well something else altogether. I too am looking into surgery when I finish losing all the weight. I am doing it more for me though then the men, they seem to like my big saggy tits!! lol | |
