Posted: 12/26/2005 4:34:14 PM | | i agree aout the talent level in canada we could make 3 teams and all of them be strong. but this team that we are sending in 06 has some players that seemed to be pre picked not based on any play this season. some of the younger players thats play has been great this year we not selected and we are sending some questionalbe players insetead. i liked finland to medal till kippursof bowd out. but they still have the best goaltending programs in the world. meaing at very low levels of hockey they have goaltending coaches and are proving to raise some great goalies. | |

Posted: 12/27/2005 5:25:36 PM | That's the old boy system Gretzky is taking guy's who have been there and proven themselve's before not much wrong with that, they may not be playing this year like they did in the past but don't judge them until they put that jersey on that can bring your game up a notch or two ,it's amazing what playing for your country can do.Wayne has a pretty good idea what he's doing if you listen around people can't believe how well he can judge talent.
