it was an absolute nightmare...and a gong show..when we had one months ago..it took months to repair the damage..

agrees with alura.....i met some people in the chat rooms (but it still sucked for me).....but i think with the IM option and bringing back the option of knowing if the user is online or not is better.....

i definately believe that chat rooms would help but u would have to make them so that like some where about ur area could get in them if or something like that on the other hand u dont want a whole lot of people getting in there and messing up the site so mabe like a better messinger system or something i dont know yall let me know if this makes any sense lol

no way hose..there were more complaints to shut it down than keep it.

You can IM ppl on here as long as they've been online within the last 15 minutes (I think that's it).

My question is, if I were to start my own room in Yahoo for ppl here... that would be against the rules?? Or would advertising it here just be against the rules??

Ticket, you really need to consider making a sticky (pinned thread) thread saying "There will be no chatrooms and if you mention one i swear i'll delete you!"
or maybe a pop up that comes up every 30 seconds saying "chatroom suggestion = death to profile"

i feel tired for you... and YOU're the one who had to retype the same answer over and over.
