I have had some wonderfully stimulating conversations on IM and I was just wondering if there is any way for me to go back and reread what was said. A history log as it were? Or are they long gone, except in memory?:)

Posted: 2/16/2006 11:10:38 PM | Copy and paste them in a folder Right-click, select ALL, copy and save to a text file, but you will only be able to save some 5 minutes or so. I agree, would be nice if everything were written into a *.log file right off the bat, so computer crash or not, all would still be there, and the exchange could continue where left off.
This is a 'Userplane' feature, and since the 'Instant Messenger' Window will only record about 5 minutes worth, key software changes/Add-ons would have to be done by them. | |
