| For the ladies...Ever go on a Man Hunt?
Posted: 2/17/2006 9:49:49 PM | OK guys...I think most of us agree alot of men go to the bars with the sole ambition of bagging a babe. As the night rolls on and successs diminishes...so to do their standards. What started as a hunt for a 10, has evolved into a "settle for a five."
Do women have similar ambitions when going to the clubs...as in, "I'm sleeping with SOMEONE tonight?" | |

Set and determined to have a one-nighter
Didnt find anyone in the bar....
Bar closed
Taxis were ALL booked up
My sisters friend invited some guys she knew from before and had 'bumped' into them in the parking lot over to her place
Found my one-nighter in the bunch
Gave him my number in the morning...(((I thought thats how it went)))
He called me 6 hrs later
He moved in with me 2 months later
He got a lil tired of me refering to him and my longest one nighter
He moved out 5 months later
Do ya think he would be upset if I called him for a booty call???? | |

Uh, that's all we do when we go on a man hunt! Just look hot, be there, and choose among those who want to pick us up!
Like ldygmr, I've gone on a manhunt, but never settled. Sometimes, though, that hottie wasn't so hot in bed!
And unlike some people (mostly men) who seem to like doing this sort of thing for years without getting tired of it, for me the whole casual sex thing got old fast -- the sex is usually not so very good and the whole experience kind of empty, so I wouldn't do that sort of thing anymore. Ugh! Generally unsatisfying! It's not worth it! Better to go without and hold out for something real and lasting. | |

I was the voyeur from behind the bar for many years working as a bartender at a night club, so really, once you see it all go down, many times a night/week/months etc... somehow it loses its appeal as something I'd want to try on my own. I'd call this desperation, rather than ambition. The phrase "no one's ugly after 2:00 a.m." was coined for such events. | |
