I'm a bartender, so the only girls I get to meet are heavy drinkers and half the guys in the place have seen them topless, and that's just not my type. I'd much rather have a nerdy girl that likes James Patterson books. Where can I go to meet girls that don't have corroded livers and a black book thicker than Charlie Sheen's? | |

Chill, I didn't mean it like that, I like James Patterson too. I don't mean nerdy in everyone typical junior-high nerd image, just someone that's not into getting hammered 5 nights a week and who's entire closet looks like David Bowie's stageclothes, and digs curling up with a book or watching a movie with an actual plot aside from "Hot dude hooks up with equally hot chick and everyone goes to the prom in the end." | |

Lol, I can't count the number of times my****ail waitresses have said "I need to go home, I've gotta get up for church in the morning." Usually there are several obscenities thrown into that sentence.
Besides, I don't go to church. Everyone there is so closed-minded, it's like being at a political convention. | |

I also don't drink, so I don't usually have a whole lot of reason to go up to the bar unless it's to ask for some flavour of tea they don't have.
Decent guys don't hit on me or look at me when I go to the bar, specifically because I'm a nerdy girl...and it's a bar. I get a lot of the *wrong* guys - maybe they think I'm desperate or something ;) | |

You cannot meet nice girls. At least not gurls like me. The first thing I noticed was you proudly displaying a large tattoo. Now I have a right to my own opinion and in my opinion that make you low class. I might give you the "time of day" if that's all you asked, but otherwise I'd avoid you.
I think you should just look for gals with tattoos and excess body piercings and not worry about their livers. | |

Is there a reason you keep trying to proove what a "nice girl" you are and that every man must desire you because of this? is it because you need convincing yourself?.

with respect to finding girls that are not tramps...well I think you are judging the book by its cover, and I am not talking about those Patterson books...the truth is that you can find tramps in libraries and nerds in bars. Just because a girl likes to look sexy and alluring that does not mean she is a tramp, nor does it exclude her from being intelligent and caring and loving...and the opposite is true too...just take Adriana1986 for example, all sweet and non-trampy but she is mean, vain, ignorant, immature and hasn't a drop of compassion in her "soul" | |

Why do some men still live in the dark ages. Excessive drinking is never good and I find it a little hard to believe that people waste money 7 days a week in a bar, where do they get the energy and money,,,strange..could you be exagerating...I hope so.....
I also wonder why you are a bartender obviously you don't like your occupation and should go back to school and get a REAL job! | |

Thanks Mojo_LA, sometimes my comments may appear to a little harsh. I know there are nice guys with tattoos and some nice girls will have a tattoo and extra body piercings, just as there are sluts and tramps that do not have any tattoos or extra body piercings. However, as a group there is a big difference between them. Ten to twenty percent of the sluts will not have any tattoos or body piercings. Also, having tattoos and body piercings does not make a girl a tramp or slut. Nevertheless, in my opinion and based on my observations, eighty to ninety percent of the tramps and sluts will have tattoos and/or lots of body piercings. | |
