The content of your profile isn't bad, but it's presented in a sort of rambley way. The educator in me wants you to use full sentences and end them with single periods! :P It's not that we can't tell what you're saying, but the use of ... breaks up the ... flow of your message.
Beyond that, I might suggest toning down the rant about msn. Guys who ask you right off the bat for your address probably haven't read your profile anyways. If anything, leave a teaser.. "and yes, I have msn! Ask me for my address after our 5th conversation on here".. :)
Great pix, by the way. I like.

Overall not a bad profile. It says who you are and who you're looking for, very concise and to the point. In fact, my only suggestion for improvement is regarding your photos.. they're rather grainy and low quality (the pic, not the subject!!!) and don't give the reader a clear look at you. I would try getting a few higher-resolution pix to post.

Pretty darn good, if I may say so! Better written than some I've seen on here. You might consider trimming down your first paragraph a bit, and give your potential fish something to find out about you. Keep in mind "classified ad" rather than essay. Obviously you don't want to trim TOO much, but try to find that happy medium. Short and sweet is the key.
Very nice pix, on the other hand - that should hook them. Your job now is to skin them and fry them.. or something like that.

Posted: 3/8/2006 3:55:11 PM | cheeky: Nicely written! You explain yourself nicely without getting into the rants that plague so many profiles on here. The educator in me thinks that some of your paragraphs could be combined into one just to tidy it up a bit, but there's really nothing wrong with what you've written. Your first date aspiration seems quite simple enough.
Your photos are quite nice and I'm sure they're attracting you lots of attention. You might consider posting something other than head-and-shoulder shots. Although you have a beautiful face, I'm sure there's more to you than just that. Just an idea, for what it's worth.
On to your second question... although it's not my practice to answer that type of question in forums (since it doesn't really relate to a review after all!!), you should choose your bait carefully.. no worms, please. In fact, I would use a net rather than a hook.. much more humane. Beyond that, you just have to cast your line (or net) where I happen to be swimming.. I just might come in for a closer look.

Not bad as a start. I will, however, comment on a few things. My usual suggestion is to split the profile into 2 parts.. first off, who you are, and secondly, what (and who) you're looking for. You've told us the kind of guy you want in general terms, but not an awful lot about yourself. That might be something worth considering. Of course, you want to leave the guys with something to find out about you, but drop a few more hints. As well, be sure to double check that you've started all your sentences with capitals!
My other suggestion is regarding your pics. I'm going out on a bit of a limb, but some (certainly not all) of them might be putting out an image of yourself that you don't necessarily want to convey. Don't get me wrong - they're cute! However, unless you want to meet a guy that's picturing your butt shot or a top with more-than-usual buttons undone, you might reconsider what you've posted. Just an idea. There are people out there who will just not look past the photos, no matter what you say in your profile. And as my Ed & Schooling prof pointed out many times, you're always a teacher, even on the internet. It's worth a thought I guess.

I recommend a variety of shots.. close-up, at a distance, different angles, whatever (I know I'm one to talk, having only 1).
If you don't mind me commenting on your profile as well, you really should write something. Think carefully about whether you REALLY want your own email address posted. I would think it's better to write something that will attract curiosity and give guys a place to start a conversation.. you can decide later if you want to continue the conversation on msn.

Posted: 3/8/2006 6:40:59 PM | smilyoo: Certainly, you can have a turn! You're obviously getting some attention with your profile, and I hope it's the kind you want. Some things to consider with your profile:
The "about me" section tells us not a lot about you, other than the kinds of people you DON'T want to hear from. My feeling is that the types you name are not the type who actually read profiles, but see a pretty face and figure that's all there is to you. For the rest of us who have more than aged cabbage between our ears, tell us something about yourself.. who you are, what you do, things that make you happy. Another short section should give some hints about the kind of guy you ARE looking for. Rather than a list of "don'ts", try a list of "dos".
A comment on your photos as well, if you don't mind. I personally don't pay much attention to pics of body parts (like a flat tum, foot, or in your case, a tatoo). That's just me of course, but my suggestion is more shots of the whole you - that's what you want people to get to know after all!

This is not something I've ever tried myself (obviously!) but if you're getting little response, my inclination would be to think that the primary reason is believability. There are guys out there who won't stop at much to get in bed with a cute girl, so an ad that says "come play with me and my bf" might make them suspicious. Try posting some photos of you and your bf together and see if that helps.
Beyond that, in terms of getting what you want, I'd suggest not waiting for the women to come to you... make some contact of your own and see what you get back. Again, I don't know if it would work, but as King Lear once said (as I shudder with bad memories of OAC English) "Nothing will come of nothing".

So is this your way of meeting women? Do you have hidden agendas? 
I do however have another question, since you're just willing and full of advice.
A lot of women use this site as an honest way of meeting a true, good man. However, there are quite a few that are out here for just a piece of a$$.
Care to comment?
I will however take your advice and get some full body shots (fully clothed of course). Care to help me? ;-)
So I'll be counting on you for future advice.
