Posted: 3/6/2006 2:32:55 PM | hay im 22 and almost have a full sleeve of tattoo's on 1 arm do u think this makes me less approachable to females i would realy love to here your views espcialy female views thanks!

not to say people that dont have them aren't.. But I haven't met anyone with a great amount of ink, that was unapproachable.
its really each to their own though. I love ink.
Alot of people really dont like it at all.
so yeah, def personal preference. | |

I figure it's a great way to start a conversation. I get approached all the time about the tatt on the back of neck. Then they find out I have more and want to know the stories behind each one.
If there were 2 great looking guys infront of me at a bar or where ever, I would definitely be approaching the guy with the tatts even if I had none myself. | |

personally i find it very attractive and i love hearing the stories people have about their tattoos (it's a good conversation starter = approachable) and i definately think alot of ppl misjudge those with tattoos (and piercings for that matter also) | |

Posted: 3/6/2006 5:18:55 PM | They are becoming more and more acceptible in society that the stigmas once associated with them is begining to go away. People don't react the same way to people with ink work done like they did back some 40 or 50 years ago.
I find they are great conversation openers.....no matter what age the person with the tattoo is. It's like a common rite of passage or a common "felt" rite... people are always open to talk about thier tattoos. Because of my own ink work I am also always being asked to draw customs (no I am not promoting cause I ain't doing any at the moment... too FN busy). | |

No biggie. You got your tattoos because you love them hopefully. Not because of what other people think!  | |
