Posted: 3/7/2006 12:04:17 PM | Know 2 women that have done it and the men accepted. However they have been talking marriage for awhile. Don't know anyone who just pops the question out of the air these days without both talking about it.
Also majority of men I know that propose to their women, the women give them an engagement thing. Mostly a ring,they wear on the wedding finger than switch it to the other hand when the wedding band gets on.
I wouldn't mind getting proposed to, saves me getting the sweaty palms. lol | |

Nah. It was her first formal dinner party, and we all collaborated to fake her into believing that I had failed to find a ring, and oh well, maybe after new years, etc :)
She took it so well, I thought she secretly knew. NOPE! She was completely fooled. :)
I was really surprised at how happy she was.
