| Getting to know you Posted: 1/31/2005 10:41:51 AM | Having worked in a busy Energency for the last 10 years I have noticed that when a individual faces a critical situation in there life they seem to talk about all the regrets they have,,,,,,,how they should have done this or that but didn't because of what others may think...or the guilt that thay may feel for having such thoughts.....I believe that if two individuals find each other and have feelings that thay should be able to expres those feelings anyway they choose and not worry about what others may think.....or am i being to simple here,,,,,,,,,,i open this up for your consideration and please read between the lines | |

| Getting to know you Posted: 1/31/2005 10:48:58 AM | I can't say I agree more! Too often we hold back and don't say what is really in our hearts. Possibly out of fear that the other person might not feel the same way? But, in all honesty, wouldn't it be better to get it out on the table and grow from there then to live a lie and regret what you didn't do or didn't say? I'm a firm believer in telling those you love that you do, and often. I don't want to be in that emergency situation regretting that I never had the chance. You have that chance, every moment of every day - its what you do with that chance that matters most.
Reading between the lines : Is it ever too soon to say I love you if you really feel that way? If she runs, then, its not meant to be. You will be sad, but, a broken heart still beats. Besides, you work in Emerg, get a bandaid :) or...message me, I'll give you a cyber hug. Great question..thanks for posting it! ~Missy~ | |
