Have you been to any ontario psychics and were they any good or a complete flop? if they were good what city are they in?

It is an intriguing concept though! In the same respects, I think that it may be a little scary at the same time! What if I live in fear or even change my destiny because of something I am told?? Sort of like the butterfly effect?!?
Who knows! Maybe I will go one day but it all seems creepy because it is the unknown! | |

Posted: 3/23/2006 5:08:08 PM | a couple years ago we had a psychic here to the house and I had my first reading ever lol. The ladies really seem to be more into this stuff although there was me and a few other guys there that got a reading.
I thought she was great. I took lots of notes and I haven't looked at it to see if her predictions came true i am sure some of them did.
What was really the emotional part was when she was talking to me about my dad and grandparents who have passed on. She was saying how they were in the room with us and at that point I just about broke down in tears.
I was a little skeptic at first but I know she was speaking the truth on some things. | |

I just had a tarot card party and a friend of mine did everyone's cards. Wow! Everyone was very impressed that he could read so much for each person and the only one he knew was me.
I think I might have another party once I finish my move... Hmmm a pof tarot party?
Anyone interested in that one email me and if the response is good, why not?
BTW, I had my cards read and I am supposed to meet someone by June... okay guys we have a few months for this to happen...

Posted: 3/23/2006 5:18:03 PM | Been to about 12 in my life, one was dead on n the other told me stuff noone could know without me telling them. Good ones are hard to find for sure. There was one good one I found at a psychic fair here but was more like $40 14 years ago. He was a Native Indian man but I forget his name now. I'll see if I can dig up the tape if it's on there n pass it on to you. It really amazes me how some can be so accurate tho. Funny you should mention it I just had this discussion with a friend the other day.

One was on queensway with a neon light in her window . She was only out to rip me off for more money-offering to take a curse off me for the small cost of $200. that of course would only cover the cost of the bees wax for the candles she needed.
The second one was a very old lady who lived in the beaches. For $20 she did my tea leaves,cards and a pshychic reading. she managed to tell me things no one else coudl possibly know as well as warn me about someone in my life. She didn't put on any pretenses and was worth much more then my $20. Wish I knew if she was still alive.
The third was at a psychic at a fair..she sucked worse then the first one. | |

Had my palm and 2 tarot readings. He was absolutley amazing, had my personality and past pegged. He said I would get a job offer very soon, and I did within a week. Sure hope the rest of the stuff he mentioned is accurate! I have the tape of the session to refer to.
I also do Tarot readings but I'm just learning to interpret the spreads...so far I have done a couple of friends with good results.

Posted: 3/24/2006 12:01:22 AM | I was at the Psychic Expo last weekend in Hamilton and thought it was ok but the price to get a reading done was way to much. There was this one guy that changed $85.00
I guess he was good but come on now. I was looking at paying about $50.00 at the most.
But I guess they have to pay for there booth for that weekend so I guess thats why they charge a bit more. So anyways I did NOT get a reading that day.  | |

Posted: 3/24/2006 5:45:23 AM | Be very skeptical when pondering giving your money to a psychic. I have consulted with many over the years, mostly in Toronto at the Psychic Fairs. One told me that "if you're not pregnant now, you soon will be" ....I was, and didn't know it. She predicted I would have twins. I didn't, but my ex's cousin did a couple of months later.
I believe that some do receive "messages" of some sort from "the other side". However, it has been my experience that they are not properly trained to interpret these messages correctly. I don't see that they possibly could. They can't possibly know that those messages are meant for me.
Remember to follow these golden rules when looking for a psychic.
It's only entertainment, don't think that the psychic will cut a clear life path for you. You have to work at that like anyone else...remember, "no free lunch".
If your reading is all doom and gloom, completely disregard.
If they have a storefront, do not even think about it. Word of mouth is best.
If they want to charge your further, ie: remove evil spirits from your home, cleanse your soul, or any member of your family, they are robbing you blind.
Go with a friend.
I don't claim to be an expert, but I have read alot, and observed alot. The common theme is the points listed above. And never, ever use a Ouija Board. Trust your gut instinct.

Psychics pick up on living things, natural things, etc. and the energy within them in order to make predictions etc. There is nothing "living" or "natural" in a lottery ticket. Also, psychic powers require the person to be objective, and it is impossible to be objective about their own life, as their own wants and desires are bound to get in the way......  | |
