ok, hope this hasn't been done yet...any good cheeses you want to share and/or cheese recipes!! Anyone ever have Raclette? its a Swiss dish that uses a grill to melt raclette cheese then pour onto potatoes.......amazing! k, my mouth is watering now...

Oh, they're in Wisconsin, that's for sure. Sometimes in other midwest states, too. I'm sure you can order them online from various places.
