Posted: 5/1/2006 5:44:46 PM | I was driving home from the beach and 2 guys in a truck started waving, I told them 'let’s go have a beer'. They looked at each other and at me, then said 'uh yeah.. sure let’s go’. That was the first time I have ever done that and I had a blast!

Posted: 5/1/2006 6:24:11 PM | I was in hospital from an accident & a nurse came on duty, read my chart at the nurses desk, thought I was OLDER than I was on count of the injury & she didnt look to see my age (24 at the time). She came into my room to check on me. Now you can pc. together the rest of this cant you?   | |

Two of my girl friends and I went to a club on Valentines day to party (we were all single at the time). On the way home, we stoped at a light and the car next to us was a car of guys. One of the guys was looking at me and all of a sudden, he said something to the driver and walked out of the car, opened the trunk, took out some roses and gave them to me! He asked if i wanted to grab some coffee around the corner of where we were and we went! It was fun and but we didn't date. Turned out that the roses was for his EX girlfriend who just broke up with him on Valentines day. I just didn't want to be his re-bound. All the guys and I are still friends. | |

Totally straight faced he asked me if I came here often. Had to go out with someone that had such a twisted sense of humor. | |

I've never asked a guy out, so could not tell you how that would be. But always thought an elvevator or escalator would be cool.  | |

Posted: 5/2/2006 4:51:36 PM | At a phone booth... I had come to Toronto to look for an apt before starting college. Went to a phone booth to make some calls, and he (and his friend) were in the phone booth beside me calling for apartments as well - they had just gotten into town from BC and were starting a course at the same college.
Ended up living together for 2 yrs, and even moved back to BC with him for one of those years. | |

I thought he either liked how I drove.... or he had some road rage to work out!!!
I had noticed him.... following me.. but forgot about it when I was looking for a parkingspace.... downtown... and trying to figure out what # stall I parked in.....
Next thing I know.. there is a guy standing there.... stairing at me.. telling me that he couldn't live with himself if he didn't follow me to say hello... and to get my name... and ask me out..
I was pretty freaked out!!! Needless to say.. I didn't give him any of the above... except for a hello.. and to tell him I was flattered..... | |

For me- I was in an electronics store buying a digital camera and a woman started talking to me while I was talking with the sales clerk. She was oooing and ahhhing as the guy was explaining things to me. One thing led to another and...
Another instance- I was in a local grocery store, at the Deli counter, as I told the girl behind the counter what I wanted, she kept saying things like "that's my favorite", "oooh, I like that too" and "that's my second favorite". So finally I asked her if she liked steak and what time she got off work. She said in 35 mins., so I told her I'd wait....

hmm. brother picked up his wife in Hobby Lobby! He was known as scissor boy! He worked in fabrics for a long time, eventually moving to the framing dept. However they met when she started working there too.  | |
