Posted: 6/6/2006 5:37:51 AM | not everyone says the same thing in their profile, if they do - they're probably not serious or could care less about REALLY finding someone, even if it is just a friend. when you write to them, really read their profile and comment on things they say (ex: if it says that she likes movies, ask what kinds she likes, if she saw any new flicks that came out (be specific), ask what her favorite movie is, etc.). that shows that you really are interested and that you can carry on a conversation. that should get you a few replies :-/

If someone can't take the time to respond to an e-mail - then why would you ever want to take the time to get to know more about them?
