| make up sex Posted: 5/7/2006 9:24:13 AM | Do you think it is healthy to have make up sex all the time after you fight with your girl or guy? | |

Not sure about it being healthy as such, but I hear that it's quite 'normal'.

| make up sex Posted: 5/7/2006 1:44:24 PM | Guess what hormone the adrenal glands produce when we are angry?
TESTOSTERONE! Yup...you got it. Guess why we get aroused? Testosterone. Both men and women produce it when angry. So basically, the angrier you are with each other, the more likely you are to want to have sex afterward.
No, it doesn't solve anything as far as the issue was concerned. BUT what the sex does is release endorphins and serotonin and this neutralizes the cortisol (bad for heart in large quantities and immune system) so it's like we balance it out.
Interestingly, a study done in couples in love indicated that men in love produce LESS testosterone than their single counterparts and that women in love produce MORE! Ha...go figure.
When you're angry, you generally perspire...this releases pheramones...
The question would be rather...why aren't we having sex after we get angry? It makes perfect sense!
I don't think it'll do a darn thing to improve our relationships...but it may improve your sex life.

| make up sex Posted: 5/7/2006 1:59:09 PM | All I can say is, "Blastkist, I'm really angry with you!"
However, the primary source of testosterone is by the testes in males, and the ovaries in females. The adrenal gland does produce precursors of testosterone, but the levels are apparently so low as to be insignificant, at least in mature males.

| make up sex Posted: 5/7/2006 2:07:03 PM | Yes, true. But, the sudden surge of the hormone is what's responsible for the sudden response. It's definitely an enhancer.
And I'm really pissed at you for that!
|
| make up sex Posted: 5/7/2006 2:24:19 PM | | sorry never done it! | |

| make up sex Posted: 5/7/2006 3:10:04 PM | Dabnabitall, woman! If ya put it out there, it's fair game for quoting.
As for the faking, I thought all women were adept at that!
Annudder . . . . . . LOL - If that doesn't get your testosterone running, I'm sure there are other methods we could think up.
