Sorry I dont remember the name, but the guy who said he is like the heinz 57, its actually like that these days, and if we look deep enough, its pretty much been like that...
I was just curious to see what some thought other than those I hang around socially.

Posted: 4/16/2004 6:33:55 AM | For the two people having the relationship, I don't think it is as much a (potential) problem, as it is for any children which might result. Teasing, prejudice and ignorance are much less tempered in children, and it can be very hard if they grow up in an intolerant neighbourhood.

I never would have thought that I would shop around.. and try some new ppl out of my own race. But really my frind who is black is wonderful to me and my new chinese guy pal is wonderful to me too. Im meeting him tomorrow after a week of 3 hour phone calls and you know what>> we click!! We can talk and talk and talk wich I think is so important!! We live 30 min away form eachother and we both are so excited to meet. I dont really care if hes chinese or not....as long as we look in eachothers eyes and think we're the luckiest people ever to find eachother then life is beautiful. | |

I've dated all different types of girls....black, white, irish, native american, latino, russian......I jsut love women. Hell, I am polish, so I guess its no biggie. My family is completely accepting of everyone, so I don't have any concern about them being weird about it. The whole "inter-racial dating" thing doens't even enter my mind....I just see beautiful women. | |

But it's still not perfect out there yet because there are still pockets of racism all over the world. The situation is not going to change overnight but maybe in 20-30 more years it will be gone or slight enough that it isn't an issue anymore. Bottom line if you love the person and they love you back, race doesnt matter. | |
