Delete (all that info is already listed) and replace with an attention-grabbing intro line like, "I almost invented battered, deep fried, Twinkies but I really think that the future of carnival food is in...[you fill in the rest]" Well, I wouldn't recommend that you use that particular line, but perhaps you get the idea.
Your spelling needs a bit of work. "bight" is particularly eggregious. Maybe you meant "byte" (for the humor) or bite (if you were playing it straight).
Make your profile a bit longer, with a bit more about yourself.
Movies are anathema on a first date - lose that idea. Suggest a few imaginative but silly things there to showcase your wit and cleverness.
