Not that I have one or anything...I just have heard alot of different things and some are down right nasty!Whats your suggestion for curing a hangover?(besides not drinking in the first place!...I kinda figured that one!) ok going to go lie down now.....

I like to go to the gym and sweat it out. Cardio Cardio Cardio. Follow up with a good meal and then fresh air. Nothing cures a hangover except time really so you do what you can to make it easier to suffer through. OR Get drunk again!

I have the best cure,..... don't get so drunk in the first place?? Last hangover I had I was 18 and it lasted 3 days! OMG taught me a BIG lesson of never wanting to there again.

Yes, water. A couple of glasses before you start drinking. A couple more when you're done and again when you wake up. Hangovers are caused by dehydration, so rehydrate and you'll feel better. Works for me anyway.

Best cure: Make a good spicy cesear, take 1 gravol pill and buy the time the drink is finished your tummy will be all good! If its super bad, add a T3 to the mix. Also an iced coffee with baily's works great too!!!

Best cure,,,,,,,,,Don't drink,,, But if you do,,,,,,,excersise, as painful as it is, works the best. Nothing like a 2 mile run to work the formaldehyde out of your system.

Those "cows" from last night sure are stampedin today! I feel great now! Walked the dog and yup water water everywhere! Thanks ya'll this is such a rare thing for me...no wonder I dont get drunk! Sheeeeeeeeesh, but thanks again all for the birthday get together! Mooooooo!

Hangovers are proof that you had fun... what a load of BS! I always have fun and no need to feel miserable the next day to prove it to myself or anyone else. Hangovers only prove you have had TOO much and had a lack of your personal limit control.

Ok I am guilty..... I almost feel bad now............ NOT The idea of fun and what is acceptable in it is dependant on the individual whodeletedme. I am glad I wouldn't pass judgement on you for not getting a hangover. Good on you for being better than the rest

well you threw it out there with the "get a grip" line to Spud so don't be dishing it out if you can't take it. Each to their own I say too. In no way was my opinion referring to you anyhow, more of a reference to how one may feel about themselves should it apply. Never said I never ever had one either if you read back.

I noticed when I was doing volunteer work at a hospital that all the doctors would use Pedialite (used to rehydrate babies) for their hangovers. You can get it at the local pharmacy and lots of grocery stores. It reestablishes your electrolites and rehydrates you at the same time. If you don't want to go shopping before you go out then what I've done in the past is to have a large glass of water before bed with a multivitamin and a couple of advil/tylenol. Good luck
