| Are you a morning person?
Posted: 5/18/2006 7:11:09 AM | Do you like to get up early and start your day? I would get up pretty early sometimes to do chores etc...but frankly, I am not really a morning person. I worked in pubs and bars so much that I kinda stay up late and get up about mid morning. Are we naturally morning or evening people? or is it something that becomes habbit? hmmm...maybe I should see what time I was born...that might be the link...  | |

I get more done in the morning than I do for the rest of the day and evening put together. This is sometimes a problem if I go out with a night owl. I'm bagged at 10 p.m. and they are just coming to life.  | |

Posted: 5/18/2006 7:25:01 AM | I find I am inconsistant. Sometimes a morning person and other days not. I understand that some humans can be on a 36 hour clock instead of a 24 hour clock. This can cause major problems with sleep and awake hours.
The tests were done by putting test subjects in deep caves away from natural light. Amazing test, with valuable results. | |

I prefer to be up and about, gets my day going and Im done all the major stuff before noon, leaving me the rest of the day to just sit back and write stories all day (LMFAO to those who know the story) Like the saying goes... I am usually most productive mid-day and get my second wind about 9:00 pm and could give 'er for several more hours. Alas...this early rising business is leaving me tired at the end of the day (not THAT tired! lol) and I fear I am being converted.

I have worked several jobs that required early morning rising and it just doesn't work for me. Never has and I believe it never will. I don't believe it's about habit or being lazy, some people are just morning people and some are not. | |
