| Ever seen a mail order husband? Posted: 5/24/2006 10:52:17 PM | | I keep seeing threads about guys going out of the country to find a wife. Has anyone ever seen a woman with a mail order husband? | |

| Ever seen a mail order husband? Posted: 5/24/2006 10:57:26 PM | There's a free russian singles place that has men. So, I suppose there are mail order men. Russian women claim that Russian men drink too much and are abusive. We have the same thing here, don't we? | |

| Ever seen a mail order husband? Posted: 5/25/2006 12:15:06 AM | Just seems strange that with all the millions of singles here in the U.S., people feel the need to spend all that time and money going overseqas to get a spouse who probably only wants U.S. citizenship, anyway. I'll bet a lot of folks feel pretty silly when all is said and done and they find that they were just a passport. | |

@OP - it is silly, but sometimes ppl get lonely enough to take the risk... I think if they really were able to find what they're looking for around them, they wouldn't be thinking of paying for a relationship...

| Ever seen a mail order husband? Posted: 5/25/2006 12:30:55 AM | Carrie, come on... I'm sure no need to spend any money on it, since you can have it so easily for free | |

| Ever seen a mail order husband? Posted: 5/25/2006 12:35:42 AM | Besides, Carrie, all it would take is a plane ticket to get him here, and a marriage license to get rid of him. | |

Give one a hug today! | |

| Ever seen a mail order husband? Posted: 5/25/2006 2:01:51 AM | | Now, a mail order husband would be an interesting solution. Imagine getting a letter telling you when and where you can pick up your new 'husband'. I wonder if there would be a guarantee? Try before you buy policy?? Kind of a crazy thought, but it could be an adventure. | |

I'd spend some money to go see Just Kats, then get her to come here, get her Visa, and we'd be married happily ever after. :-)

| Ever seen a mail order husband? Posted: 5/25/2006 2:52:39 AM | | I misread the topic at first. I was thinking of what the guys look like (and tend to act like - ie knuckle draggers) that order mail order brides (*shiver*) | |

I know that they do exist if in small numbers. I also know that the female ego remains too fragile to ever admit to importing one. Which is why they don't actually "import" them. They fly over to the husbands country, get married ovre there, then the two of them fly back. Technically not mail order.

| Ever seen a mail order husband? Posted: 5/25/2006 5:35:22 AM | | That's a silly question. Any woman can get a man, but not every man can get a woman. There is no need for a mail order husband. | |
