In order to get the title there must be an equal amount of men and women speed dating at the same time so we must adhere to all Guinness rules as they will have a representative in attendance. In order to keep costs to a minimum you will be REQUIRED to bring your own pen to the event . Each participant will get 3 minutes with each person in their "row" In 3 and a half hours you can expect to meet between 90 - 110 people face to face in 3 min intervals. 1) you can meet loadssssss of POF people for friendship , or romance
2) you get to get a world record !! how cool is that ???
3) the media that will be in attendance will want some people to be spokemodels so you might have the chance to do media interviews and be on radio , newspaper or television!
but dont worry if you dont want media attention your not required to give interviews .
4) There are some really cool prizes we got and we are hoping to "leis" some people LOLOLOL
The whole concept behind this huge event was to form friendships. We all know that a good relationship begins with a friendship foundation. Where else will you be guaranteed to meet so many POF people? Also , because this event is wired all over the Canadian newswire you will have lots of non POF people as well so your chance of meeting someone you click with is greatly enhanced !
Once the date gets close I am sure lots will sign up . We will be carpooling from all over Ontario with POF and non POF people . The event is designed so that we all have fun !!!

There is a record held for simultaneous speed dates in different cities so as long as everyone moves when they are supposed to and rememebers their pens and we have an equal amount of men and women we get the record !!

I hope we set the record so far out of reach nobody takes it away from us!!! Just so everyone knows Kris really is this excited about it! We are talking on a daily (a few times daily) basis now as this gets closer as there is so much to do to throw one of these Events together (Thank goodness we have our expert in Speed Dating - Kris!) We love doing these Events for everyone! If 2 people fall in love at something we throw then my Year has been made!
