These things usually need a bit more planning and notice than 2-3 days. Mine in Toronto, there had been rumblings for a month or so, poeple saying ya lets do it,blah blah blah, but no one really planning it. Then I came up with a place and a time, and posted it as an idea about a month ago. it's only this past week that I have become sure taht i wouldn't be the only person there. In new york, you could probably get away with about 2 weeks noticec, simply because there are so many more people there.
I'll talk to admin about getting photos up for all of you non-torontonians to be jealous of! LOL
