Posted: 6/3/2006 10:37:30 PM | Men who can't spell or use proper English for one. Loose instead of loser and threw instead of through. Everyone makes typos and mistakes - me included! But if you read some of these profiles or comments, you think, "Damn. Did anyone finish high school here??" Basic use of the English language is the first step to not being an unintelligent man.
The rest of the explanation is more complicated. Intelligence, in my opinion, hinges a lot on emotional intelligence. It's not just about college and degrees obviously. The more mature a man is, the more progressive, thoughtful, and less shallow he is. That's a true sign of brilliance. We see so little of that these days. | |

Textbook definition: someone with an IQ under 85.
Practical definition: someone who can't take the time to read a whole profile before emailing.
Grocery store definition: someone who thumps the cereal box like it's a melon.
Driving definition: someone who slows down on an entrance ramp
Fashion definition: someone who thinks a pierced navel is a right, not a privilege. | |

Some of the most intelligent, and successful people I have met, never got past a grade three reading level.
