Nope, sorry, your last 5 forum posts will always be on your profile - they're part of your profile - they're part of your personality and character -if they're not, then you shouldn't be posting. Basically you're stuck with them, and any other subsequent posts you make. There is no option for not having them on your profile.
If the argument is that you'd rather not reveal something about yourself and be prejudged, then perhaps the people who prejudge, aren't worthy of your time.
If you'd rather not reveal your true character, then you may be wasting someone's time until they do find out.
If you're postings aren't a true reflection of who you are, then you're wasting someone else's time by misleading them, as the forums, while meant to be an archive of information, are also meant to be an extension of your personality, your traits, your beliefs and knowledge, hence a part of your profile and its task in giving insight into you.
As you post to more threads, your last 5 will naturally be replaced on your profile by those last 5 made.

HOW TO SHOW THEM:
Forum posts will show up on your profile once you have between 7 and 10 posts under your belt.
They may however, depending on what point in the day you hit that number, take overnight from the time you hit the minimum number to finally appear. They will eventually show.
HOW TO NOT SHOW THEM: You do NOT have the option, to not have them show on your profile - they are a permanent fixture of your profile. And Why can't you? Click there --> Profiles: Forum Post Links
WARNING :
If you post nonsense, just to cycle them off your profile, or you post leading junk characters to hide try and hide them (forum SPAM) , your forum posting rights and any nonsense post replies will be removed.
You can make a case by emailing any Moderator if you have dire special circumstances and just a few posts.
