| What is your Regular Bedtime? Posted: 7/3/2006 6:27:13 PM | Gawd! Here I am again! lol...Was just wondering what is a regular bedtime for folks? I work 9 to 5 so I know I should be in the sack by 11 at the very latest...Sometimes though, that just does not happen! What hours do you keep and what is your bedtime? | |

| What is your Regular Bedtime? Posted: 7/3/2006 6:41:07 PM | | I try to be in bed by 11 at the latest on a weeknight. I have some new noisy neighbors so falling asleep hasn't been easy as of late. | |

| What is your Regular Bedtime? Posted: 7/3/2006 6:44:25 PM | Betweem 2am and 5am Normally at night I can stay up and do my Ebay without many people messaging or or whatnot, so I stay up late. Last night it was 6am, and tonight I am looking at probably 3-4am, as so much action in the NHL. Whenever things are happening during the day I flip around, so then I am not dead to the world or who I am meeting. | |

| What is your Regular Bedtime? Posted: 7/3/2006 6:46:51 PM | | 11 seems to be the popular time. I try for 11, but usually it's around 12. And may be later depending what I'm doing and who I am with. | |

It depends on who is keeping me up... And how long they want me to stay that way...
Actually... Depends on the shift I'm on...

| What is your Regular Bedtime? Posted: 7/3/2006 6:56:20 PM | I have to get up at 5:30 (usually hit snooze at least once), so I start to wind things down about 11:30. By the time the coffee maker is set and lunch stuff is ready to grab and go it's close to midnight. THEN I have to turn my head off and try to sleep! | |

| What is your Regular Bedtime? Posted: 7/3/2006 7:43:23 PM | 11 is late for me, I have to be in bed for 10, just to get up before 5am. But not for the next 2 weeks, holidays are wonderful.....
Once in a while I only get the 4hrs sleep thing, naps are great. Usually when I go to bed though, it takes a little bit to fall asleep, but if I stayed up later, then it would take even longer to fall asleep.

| What is your Regular Bedtime? Posted: 7/3/2006 8:02:40 PM | | I am usually in bed by 11. However - I often have trouble either getting to sleep or staying asleep. Tonight - I am not likely going to be sleeping. My boss called with some news about a client - and it will stress me out until I get to work and check the files. That means no sleep for me tonight....I don't usually start until 8:30 - But I will be there at about 2ish this morning and work through until tomorrow at 5 - unless I get fired. | |

| What is your Regular Bedtime? Posted: 7/3/2006 8:12:16 PM | Regular? Bedtime? You mean some people have those?
I tend to get carried away with what I'm doing (writing, researching, etc) and don't realize time has slipped away until it's the wee hours. 2-3-4a.m. Then by 8:30 or so the real world intrudes and wakes me up *sigh*.
I wish I had a reason to go to bed early!

| What is your Regular Bedtime? Posted: 7/3/2006 8:23:19 PM | Oh let's see here... it really depends on the night. The earliest I head to bed is 11 and sometimes I'm awake until 12 or 1am. :( However, now that I'm on holidays, I'll probably get into a VERY bad habit of staying up later!!!

| What is your Regular Bedtime? Posted: 7/3/2006 8:30:33 PM | Wow! I -wish- I had a regular bedtime, I'd be much happier if I did. I have hypothetical bedtimes - you know when I think I should go to bed but never actually do.
When I'm on days and have to get up at 4:30am, my hypothetical bedtime is 8:30pm, when I'm on afternoons, I think I should be in bed at 12:30.
My actual bedtimes are never the same two nights running.
NO such thing as a bedtime on the weekend.
