| I found another site that seems to be better for me
Posted: 2/27/2005 7:27:11 PM | I just joined bookofmatches.com, I recieved more responses on that in 2 days then on pof in the last 7 months.
I guess my luck on this site just plain sucks or all the women here have way to high of expectations.
I have changed pics, profiles, the way I send messages, I went on the forums, started forums, and really have had no luck here, I know I am a decent guy and to get the response I get here is no good, it gets you down after a while, I deleted my account for like a month then resigned on just recently and its the same, no luck, I did get all these other free sites, I have not tried all yet, but as I said bookofmatches seems to be good for me, better than this place, not to knock pof, its a great site I just can not seem to click here for some reason.
I'll check in here now and then but will start spending more time in places I seem to fit better in, if your having this trouble try other sites. | |

Posted: 2/27/2005 7:40:50 PM | I was on Yahoo personals first and got squat for responses...on here...loads. Lots of ppl just looking to chat also. I chat with a guy on here who I still have not met even though he lives a 15 minute drive from here and we work a two minute drive from each other!! But I have had a lot of fun on this site and even though I haven't met my Mr. Perfect for ME!!! at least I'm dating and having some fun now!!! But I am going to check out this bookofmatches place...maybe that where Mr. Perfect for ME!!! is!!!

POF because of the fourms and I just like the layout. I've also ckecked

Well, personally I have tried many sites too over the years and it's pretty hard to find a deceant person. Some just want to chat and for me, chatting isn't really what I want. I want long e-mails with the person telling me about him and his life etc. But at times, chat is ok, but not all the time. Nor I ever reply to people who writes few sentences.
I put a site up myself, and there's so far 1 member: me! LOL! Anyway, am planning to promote it and what's more nicer than to put up a site where lonely hearts find a partner.
Anyway, this is my first visit at this forum, so excuse me if I didn't do something right.

Click on their profile and they have a literal HAREM of stunning beautiful women. CRAZY. I emailed everyone of those dudes and asked what they are saying to get so much attention. No replies. | |

There are only 2 or 3 free sites mentioned in this entire forum, the rest are pay sites or scam sites with less then 500 members. Of the free sites you won't come close to plentyoffish, yet if you are willing to pay there are 2 or 3 huge sites with millions of members. | |

I've tried lava, match, yahoo, mate, and dream mates and I tell you.. those sites are NO comparison to POF...
