[This is NOT a democracy. It is a privately owned and operated website that you are allowed to be a member of if you follow the rules. Starting protest threads is a sure way to become a non-member./Dog]

Forums are formed for people to comment and discuss issues freely, if they're being heavily regulated and monitored then i see no purpose to them. They should all be eliminated.
Some are always chipping away at our freedoms.
Where is Democracy now?

You are free to talk about whatever you want to talk about when it relates to the Topic at hand...

What exactly would you discuss here if there was no censorship? And BTW what does your screen name mean or imply? I can only make a few somewhat nasty words from it but that might be just my own way of seeing things.

but they deleate the thread because some one was chating a little. thats just not right. this is supposed to be fun. not ruled by god like people that will ban you at any time they feal like it and for no reason.

Posted: 7/7/2006 7:10:55 AM | I have started many forum topics that was to be deleted as fast as I started them, I did a search nothing on that subject was already in a forum some where. But for some reason mine will get deleted, but 5 minutes later someone else starts a forum on the every same thing. Yes that erks me, there was nothing slanderous or derogatory about the forums I started just curious to see what others inputs was.
I agree with the "if you don't like the topic, don't read it"
just cause you may not like it don't mean you have to go in there and attack someone and cause a bunch of drama.
I agree with free speech, I may not agree with what you say, how you feel, or your beliefs, but I respect the fact you have the right to them, do the same for me.
If you are going to delete a forum I started, at least tell me why
I own 12 groups myself, I have thousands of memebers in them, so I more then know when you have something like this you have to monitor it and you have to eliminate the trouble makers, and there is nothing that I post in here I haven't posted or talked about in one of my groups, or let other members talk about. So yes the forums here are not fair and not handled probably in my opinion...BUT I accept that its the owners right to run this the way they wish to, I choice to stay and accept it cause the friends I have made here both female and male out weight any minor beefs I have with the forums. | |

Posted: 7/7/2006 8:43:38 AM | I have been on chat rooms and forums where there are no rules, and the rudeness, name calling, etc., etc., can totally ruin what could be a good thing. I'm not the confrontational type, but I recall being cussed out with great intensity on other sites for some really minor stuff, and having to read horribly prejudiced, hateful stuff that even bordered on threatening violence to others. NO fun!
Therefore, I appreciate the rules that are upheld here, and I think the experience of reading and posting in these forums is top notch!!

Overall, we're getting more than we're paying for, so I suggest enjoying it despite the flaws. | |

But regarding topic,,,,i think the owner of this site runs a fine ship and in no way shape or form do i think the forums should be eliminated. | |
