Posted: 7/13/2006 8:47:53 AM | I have a problem with too many way younger men contacting me. I would really like to meet some one around my age. Its not that I don't find them attractive physically but I mostly think why are they contacting me for real? Why would a 33 year old guy contact a woman of 57 for a get together?? I am not looking for just a physical relationship but companionship and intellectual stimulation as well. Just wondered if other women have this problem. I mean if they are from Nigeria I already know why, when they start with , My parents died in a crash ,I inherited 10 million dollars but I need help getting out of the country, could you send me and I will pay you back. Righttttttttttt!! How dumb do they think americans are to fall for that bull. If they had 10 million dollars they don't need to contact me for help. Duh!!!! But these guys are usually not and they are cute too.    | |

Their E-mails are just a GOOD laugh!!!! I mean expressing their love for me and they KNOW I'm the woman for them!!! LOL
I actually had one argue with me... when I said.. thank you but I'm looking for someone locally. He told me that I WAS wrong! That we were right for eachother!!!

I guess they will do anything!!!!! to get out of there and I suppose it would be very tough to be in that situation. but they don't care if they rob some little old 85 year old woman of her life savings if they can pull it off, so sometimes they are just rotton crooks. I just junk all that mail without opening it usually. I can tell mostly right away from the subject line. well another one ,33 years old and some of them are so hunky, but I said no. My son is almost the same age is 26,daughter 27 and daughter 37, all grown and out of the house. Sigh..... !!! It sure would be nice to find a gentleman. I had dinner with someone the other evening and right after dinner he said "Well, do you want me or not, you either do or don't, you either know or not." Sex on the brain, I like sex, but isn't it good if they at least get to know a girl. God!!! I am surprised they get to know your first name before asking you to go to bed. Loser!!!!!, but I enjoyed the dinner anyway. I thought he was nice at first.   | |

But as for the Nigerians, ugh, the last one told me that he was a soccer player from UK, told me who he played for and everything, like I wouldn't look it up, duh. BUT at the present time, he was in Nigeria visiting family, of course. Oh, and then he got arrested for slander, they took his passport and now what was he gonna do? I told him to use all that money he gets paid for professional soccer and go the hell home.  Of course, everytime you catch them on some lie, suddenly they can't talk anymore until they come up with another story. I have fun just playing their stupid games. | |

Unfortunately for me, the ones I like aren't into plain, middle aged women who could stand to lose a few pounds. However, as for Nigerians, I'm not having that problem....I've got 3 men who are working in Africa temporarily, all widowed with a 10 year old son. All different names and photos too, imagine that. did I mention that they all love me and want to marry me when they get back home? LOL One even had the nerve to ask me to take my profile down because since I was talking to him (first day), I didnt need any other friends. LOL Needless to say, they are all deleted! | |

Now I don't date grannies, but I make sure they aren't older than my mother...lol. In all the times I've dated older women we always had something to talk about. It never got boring...there was always something to do. I got to know them with no pressure and no obligations and most importantly, no games or double speak. I noticed that I have better luck with older women than I do with women my age. Dunno why and I'm not complaining...lol. I'll just stick with what works for me...being my smartassed self. | |

I actually have met a few guys in my age range (10 years either way seems to be the norm) on this machine though... one was boring as could be, but for the most part i have met some decent guys.. still waiting for that one with right combination though..... | |

To me its because they are more experianced and have gone through they play period and done with the games and looking for more serious things... I mean alot of guys my own age do drugs in and out of jail and all that stuff and is all things I do not want in the person I am with.. So I think perhaps it maybe they are into older women because your experianced and can teach them a thing or 2... Perhaps they just like older women.... Perhaps its a situation in slim pickings like in my case Fancy....

I really would like a serious companion to have fun with and is settled and reliable. I just don't see young men as reliable, may be thats a misperception. Sex is not the important thing at this stage of my life, I like it, but it doesn't rule me. But there seem to be so many con artists and then they complain about the women. I don't get that. Looking for an honest,nice guy my age. Fat chance!!! Sigh........... I even like older then me, alot older, because they seem to be more old school gentlemen. Another reason is they believe older women have more money, especially if they have been divorced and recieved a settlement, or have a good job. Also, older women are just more interesting in that they have had a lot of life experiences and can talk about many subjects. I've been contacted by men as young as 30 and I am 61! We put an age limit both directions for a reason! Ah well, I guess they just know a good thing when they see it! LOL | |

They are usually uneducated, fat, bald and VERY inactive. So if you all know of any younger, cute, educated and slim guys out there with hair and nice teeth send them my way.....LOL I'm not asking for much now am I? | |
