If all you are getting is 10 minute quickies that lady is definitely getting the short end of the stick. On the other hand, if it the man is very energetic and last and lasts and lasts, that causes problems too.......trust me on that one. My favorite time frame of straight penetration is usually one hour. Any longer then that I start to feel that I am doing something wrong and he isn't enjoying it. If the ****ing is really good, I can only have so many orgasims before it gets to be too intense and instead of heaven it almost hurts. Lasting too long for a guy can be a pain to, cause his partner may quit before he has cum.
So if you are a "two-minute man" you may want increase foreplay time and include toys and vibrators for her pleasure,****rings can delay ejaculation, so can varying between oral and vaginal sex. If you a guy who lasts and lasts, try and respect you partner's intensity level and understand if she needs a break (consider more than one girlfriend).
My partner can go days before cumming and it took a long time for me to not feel guilty about leaving him hanging, so to speak. So when he has the 10 minute quickies I enjoy it greatly.
As for the idea of 15 min bj and 30 min penetration, it depends the talents of both partners.

... well up here in the Great White North, our average is about 2 minutes for actual intercouse 
OT -- my *ideal* is about an hour or so of foreplay and about 10- 15 mins of actual penetration... anything longer then that and my mind starts to wander....

A quickie is no more than 5 (they have to have time to eat lunch and get back to work you know) and normal sex is usually 15, 20 tops........though I have had up to 45 min. or so and still enjoyed it. If she only has enough energy for 30 minutes, so be it. But, the bulk of her energy should be drained through multiple orgasms. I'm not satisfied to bring things to a close until she's had at least three (unless the previous two have left her absolutely unable to move), preferably five or more.
Soreness can be greatly minimized through maintaining proper lubrication... allowing for extended sessions.

I REALLY have to learn how this trick works. It's like controlling a gag reflex. It just HAPPENS.
It really depends on experience for me. If it's been a while, it takes me a bit to get back into the swing of things. Sorry hun, the damn thing has a mind of it's own. A couple minutes at first.
Once I get used to it again, maybe 10-15 minutes. Maybe longer depending how used to it I am....but this is usually the point where she takes off.
Thankfully I'm young enough to reload and go again.  Or get one out ahead of time.
Jesus woman, if you need hours of that, you must be made of kevlar down there. Fortunately, I know which nerves go where. Plus, if she's on the pill, I can be so much more comfortable. Unfortunately, I've found it's becoming less and less popular for some reason....ok, I know the reasons, but still. Less worry in my mind, the better.

Practice is key. Even solo (helps truly know thyself). Pacing helps a lot. Also, a good time to switch positions is when you feel too close to your own climax. The few seconds it takes to reposition is often enough of a breather room to reset your staying power.
Obviously one can't do anything once one reaches the point of no return, but one can do a lot to avoid getting there until one is ready to. | |
