| Would you date a women bigger and more muscular then you? Posted: 7/28/2006 8:39:13 AM | I myself have dated taller, more muscular females and loved it. I love a strong woman and I am all for women with power-mentally and physically. I know that intimidates guys, but in todays world a woman should be feminine but strong. Any insight? | |

"there is nothing we can do about who we are attracted too" .... i would like to think (however childish or naive it may be) that we develop actual feelings for someone because of who they are, not just what they look like.
I am 6'3" and in pretty good shape ... but if I met a woman who was 6'5" and in better shape, I am not going to dismiss her because she is "big" ... if it is there it is there ... and there isnt much anyone can do about it ....
you like a big powerful woman .... more power too ya buddy!!!!!!

But she's also smart and funny which counts for a lot more in my book.
If she didn't live in Winnipeg, I'd date her in a heartbeat.

I don't have a choice. Unless I want to date 12 year old girls (which I don't) or Kate Moss (which I don't).
I would perfer if she couldn't bench me...she could bench my weight....just not me.

Tall athletic women are sexy! Far better than going out with a couch potatoe weakling who doesn't care about her body.
My dearest and closest female friend is tall with strong arms and her arms especially are very sexy. No need to be insecure about something like that.

Posted: 5/1/2007 9:20:20 AM | Admittedly I have never been huge, but I am 5'8", the average height for men, and at one point I was benching 190. I loved it, and want to get back into it. I am still alot stronger then the average girl. But it does intimidate alot of men, especially when they know you could kick the crap out of them. I don't understand it, on one hand men want a woman that is independent and can take care of herself, yet when she can, they want a woman that they need to coddle. Does this make sense to anyone else?

I only date tall guys exactly for that reason! I am much more comfortable being the smaller one when it comes to relationships with men and would feel vey awkward (worried I'd squish him) with a shorter small guy!!!!!!!!!

*pumps fist
K.
ps> but me myself, I would feel funny dating smo smaller than me whom I could annihilate physically. just doesn't seem RIGHT.

| Would you date a women bigger and more muscular then you? Posted: 5/1/2007 10:16:22 AM | | I am more muscular than the men I date, for the most part. BUT I am 5'5, so most men look a lot bigger than me. Having a lot of muscle doesn't make you big, it just makes you muscled and tight....unless you are doing some serious juicing. | |

| Would you date a women bigger and more muscular then you? Posted: 5/1/2007 11:36:27 AM | Personally? No. At 200 lean pounds and 6'1", a woman taller and more muscular than me would be in the range of professional female bodybuilders. I find them unappealing physically and the steroid use required would be a significant issue.
There are men that like 6'2" muscle women, just as there are men that like obese women. I'm not one of those men.

There are women taller and stronger then you whom are both more muscular and quite well proportioned without resorting to steriods. By all means have your prefferences but watch the venom lest it stiks to you.

Posted: 5/1/2007 11:42:55 AM | | the mental aspect... sure... keep me on my toes... if you can stimulate my mind... you've probably won me over already... the physical part.... ya know what... of course... we can wrestle... it'd be fun not having to be the man and hold back when she wants to get a little rough.... I'll rub her face in hershey's chocolate syrup and she can shove strawberries up my... errr..ummmmm... nose

Uh... sure. There are maybe a couple of hundred women in the world naturally bigger and stronger than me. The odds of me meeting one is extremely unlikely. And it wouldn't change my lack of physical attraction.
Cheers, Mike (but thanks for playing)

I'd be impressed with a woman who has taken such good care of herself of course. But it's by no means a defining factor in wether or not I'd be attracted to her.
