this doesn't bug me, so much as made me think "well hell, thats a new one".
heres whats up.
theres a new girl at work,beautiful and cool as hell.
we're always flirting and stuff, but I am not the kind thats gonna mess with a girl from work.
so flirting is all we do.
I got her email address a few weeks ago, and we talk alittle, but thats it.
it's more or less just a fun distraction at work, and I just leave it at that.
now, I had never noticed this, but a few days ago, one of my friends at work was just smiling like crazy, like he had a secret to tell... and I knew it was about me, cause he was really trying to not laugh...
so when I finally got it out of him, here what he said.
"she thinks your hot... when you don't shave, I can totally tell, cause whenever you don't shave, she's all over you, but when your all clean, she doesn't even say hi to you"
I just kinda laugh this off, and think "whatever" and go about my day.
well another day, I hear almost this exact thing... from one of the girls I work with.
by this time, I am getting a good laugh about it, cause it's just a really weird thing...
now, I think it's true, cause I did a simple test.
one day, she's giving me the googly eyes all day, and things are fun.
next, I shave, and all the sudden I am the invisible man... haha...
heres the weird thing.
I don't think I really look any different, if I dont shave for a day or two.
but I am seriously a guy, that if I didn't shave, in like a month, I would have a full grizzly adams beard going. I am not a hairy guy at all, thank god.
but facial hair is the one area where my hair grows like crazy.
sometimes I just forget to shave that day, and it doesn't bother me to let it go a few days.
but once I can feel it alot, I dont like it.
I perfer to stay kinda clean shaven.
however, this girl has me wondering, what in the world does she see in me, if I don't shave for 3-4 days... that she doesn't if I stay nice and clean shaven?
all I can think, is I am lucky I didn't go for this girl... otherwise, my life would be kinda strange right now, haha.... | |

Posted: 8/11/2006 10:13:34 PM | Dude, she sounds alittle bit .....ahhh how may I say it.....alittle on the superficial side if she is THAT concerned over shaving or not. Do what you want to do. Hint.... if this pattern continues of her talking to you only when you don't shave, something may be not right there (cough)

I have a friend that if a guy has long hair she will not give him a second look but if his hair is short she is all over him. It is not really YOU she is into, it is your facial hair.....it is a crush if anything lol thank goodness otherwise she would not ignore you when you were clean shaven.
I have a thing for the frisky unshaven but I do not ignore the guy when he is clean shaven. And if I think he is a hottie well OOOO LAA LAA  The unshaven just adds to it 
Edit: To agree with Mardio....I would not take her flirting seriously and hope you are not intereted in her, that does show a bit of immaturity and shallowness (right word? am trying to be nice) on her part. | |

I guess what I was saying is that all she is seeing is his facial hair then, she is not seeing the man. To me that is rather shallow. I have a preference of facial hair, but that does not mean I would do this to a man as I look at the "ENTIRE" package not just one thing about him. That make more sense? | |
