Posted: 8/21/2006 5:06:45 PM | While out dancing last night, we talked about songs from a while ago...and I mentioned that my best memory of slow dance in Grade eight was to Procol Harem's Whiter Shade of Pale. My dance partner (who shall remain nameless, unless he choses to reveal himself here) responded a fave from his day was Knights in White Satin by the Moody Blues....he added that the same song was playing as he recalled the first time he had sex, or lost his virginity.
I said at that moment...hmmm...wonder if it would make a good thread??
Personally there was no music playing on my "big moment"
SO.....was there a tune on that you remember, did you hear music that was not really playing...like the angels were calling, did you hear bells....did you hear your dad yelling "what was going on up there"? | |

so it was me with the idea, have to reveal myself, my lord must be a sign of old age, yes it was me, nights in white satin by the moody blues, just a romantic, will always remember the song, tuesday afternoon came on right after it lol.
only problem is i only remember the girl's first name and that she was from dearborn michigan, oh my god i lost my virginity to a non-canadian lol
as for the person who had to keep up with ac/dc, oh my god i hope i miss that one, that would definately be a sign of old age, maybe need a song more like need a lady with a slow touch
