| Permanent thread for Pennsylvania ? Posted: 9/10/2006 8:59:45 AM | | Ok....last suggestion seemed to have been thrown to the dogs because it appears to be a redunant question. I'll rephrase my last requestion. How about having a thread for *Pennsylvania - interracial dating?* I see other cities listed but not Pennsylvania. | |

| Pennsylvania Posted: 9/10/2006 9:13:46 AM | | Isn't Pennsylvania a state and not a city? | |

| Pennsylvania Posted: 9/10/2006 9:17:42 AM | Oh hush LOL I stand corrected. I'll know better next time not to be watching television, talk on the phone and try to write a post at the same time. | |

| Pennsylvania Posted: 9/10/2006 9:19:30 AM | If it isn't redundant, then post it in the Penn.forums. Other than that,it would be considered a 'polarized thread' in the global forums and would be removed.
"Polarized",meaning it would not be a topic open to all posters to respond. | |

| Pennsylvania Posted: 9/10/2006 9:44:15 AM | The forums are meant for discussion purposes between parties who have an interest in the topic for discussion. A "connection" is a possible result of those discussion between certain parties, where by they are encouraged to make contact "off" the forums, not on them.
There has to be a purpose, statement or position to the thought behind a thread whereby the participants can freely discuss, debate or put forward their thought on the subject - it is not meant to be a "hook-up" thread, if it turns to that, it will be deleted as per the rules.
All threads are open to all posters as mentioned prior. Ensure the topic has not been covered already by performing a search first, Instructions Here.
Ensure your topic has a specific discussion point, and not just an "open, say what you want" that veers off topic in a multitude of directions.
As an FYI

| Pennsylvania Posted: 9/10/2006 10:00:36 AM | NO, you posted this in the correct forum. This is where all site questions should be directed, and you cannot delete your own threads or posts.
As an FYI again, read the advisory at the top of this forum, a good prep and survival reference for the forums.
